Speed, performance, versatility, and above all safety have been the four primary objectives in creating Free Flo 34.  Removing lime scale from boilers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, radiators, air compressors and CHT (collection, holding and transfer) Systems has always been very challenging.

These are the forces that drove Randall Industries, LLC to exceed all previous standards to make the scale removal process effective, less costly and tremendously safer to those who perform the cleaning.

Why use Free Flo 34?  Our proprietary product is the fastest, safest, non-toxic, biodegradable descaling compound for industrial and institutional applications.

It improves the functionality and extends the life span of water-heated or cooled equipment.  Its usage lowers energy costs by removing scale buildup that acts as an insulation layer.  Keep in mind that a thin layer of scale (1/32) can cause a 30% increase in the cost to operate a piece of equipment. Unlike other descalers, Free Flo 34 is non-carcinogenic and is not made from coal tar derivatives.  It is very powerful but safe enough to hold in your hand. “Spent” solutions are safe for drain disposal.  Your equipment will be cleaned in only hours without dissembling or heating the product thereby avoiding downtime.  Free Flo 34 cleans down to the original surface without pitting.  It is safe on copper, copper-nickel, bronze, brass, iron, stainless steel and rubber.

Free Flo 34 will extend the usable life of your equipment, especially when used as a part of a regularly scheduled preventive maintenance program. Your equipment will operate more efficiently with less downtime by removing its scale buildup.  An effective approach to eliminate downtime due to scale buildup is to insert Free Flo 34 directly into your water supply on a regular basis. Using Free Flo 34 is a proven method for saving thousands of dollars in maintenance and energy costs.

Free Flo 34 differentiates itself from its competition. In a test, it proved that it could dissolve more scale per gallon, and it is faster than our major competitor.  It also outperformed competitors in corrosion testing rates (making it safer on equipment).  Several leading descalers have a foul odor but Free Flo 34 has a pleasant, fresh, scent.

What is particularly notable is that Free Flo 34 is the only descaler that has been formulated to include an additive that actually coats the piping to protect it from acid pitting and deterioration.

As such Free Flo 34 has been formulated to act as a “descaler” and “protectant” to increase the life of the system.
